hey all i was recently let go for crazy reasons after i relocated to NC for a job offered to me. Anyway i have worked in NC since the beginning of this year and i am not elidgable to collect in NC they told me i had to apply in NJ which is becoming tremendously annoying trying to contact someone. I have worked for this company for 9.5 years all of it being in NJ then the last 8 months in NC. According the Nj website i cannot apply online due to working in NC the last 8 months but i also cannot get a hold of a person in NJ as almost every time i call it says "due to high call volume" and i cannot call the number they give you because i have a NJ cell number and no access to a NC phone number.

so who has some helpful tricks to get through to them. Thanks
