Been unemployed since April 2010.I was denied benefits.My appeal has been with the ESC since June.It is now August 23.5 months and am told daily we are behind.The state doesn't have money to provide more jobs fot ESC to get caught up.My home is now in foreclosure and BOA will not work with me,because of no income.What do I do?
