ok this is my problem: I filed my continued benefits online, and said i would receive my form in the mail. (You know, the list of jobs you searched during weeks claimed) the yellow form never came in, but i still received my direct deposit on time. I never received a copy of my voided check either. I never changed my address, and it always comes in on time, or sometimes a day late. What should i do? I am supposed to mail out the form tomorrow, but i never got it! it has been about 7 days. I have received the other 2 yellow forms before this week. But they stopped, but still allows me to file online. Usually if there is an issue the system locks you out.

What should i do? Make a copy of the claim form, and attach it with an explanation of my issue? Or should i go to an unemployment center to get it sorted out?

Insight would be awesome!

Thanks!

Your going to have to straighten it out at some point as they will want their money back if all things are not completed. I would go to the specified office or call to get it figured out.

I made a copy of the form. I am going to try and get through to them tomorrow, if not then i am going to send in the copy i made with my search results. Ill attatch a note stating the problem with the mail and issues getting through to an agent. Hopefully they can fix the problem either or. I am pretty sure its a glitch or an error with my address. Its the only thing that would make sense at the moment. I still got that direct deposit, and if it was put on a hold i would of never gotten anything.

Ill keep this thread updated when i get through to an agent tomorrow.
