When I called the check info line this morning, it would not accept the pin number I have been using all along with no problems at all.....saying it is "invalid". Has anyone had this happen to them?

Yesterday when I called, it didn't give me that option, the system hung up on me. But I tried it again today and it gave me the option to create a new pin. Must have been a glitch in the system or something.

No, not caught up yet, but there aren't any problems currently- the checks have been coming more frequently.

EDD changed their check information recording, and now it won't accept my pin, but I'm going to keep trying. I can't change my PIN, because I don't remember how much my benefit amount actually is. I'm going to try to find it, though.

Yeah, I noticed the changed check information recording today, and had to make a new pin. Usually I can call Thursday and my check will have been cut, but no go as of today. Hopefully there are no problems!

Wouldn't it just be 1/2 your usual check amount?

There is a new voice on the check info line and I can't get through again. I actually spoke to a rep yesterday and she said this is a big problem! She said to just keep trying. Knowing California, it'll be a while before they get this fixed. She told me she wasn't supposed to give me any information, but she did because she was nice.

My check came on Thursday as usual. The reason that I don't remember my benefit amount is that I had a second job before I lost the full time job. So I've been working part-time all along, and started a second part-time jo, so I've never gotten a check that's totally unemployment benefits. Both part-time jobs aren't designed to live on, and you can't get 40 hours per week, they don't have it.
