Hello everyone! I appreciate any advice you can share on this. Of course I'm an 'edge' case.

My Tier 2 EUC will run out 11/27 but I will claim the week ending 11/27 the following week. So I won't get the actual money until a week after my Tier 2 runs out.

Example:
Claim Week is 11/21-11/27
Call in to Certify Date for Prior Claim Week = 12/3
Payment for Week 11/21-11/27 = 12/7

Technically my Tier 2 benefits run out 11/27 but I am not paid for another week. How will this affect me going into Tier 3?

The date you EXHAUST your benefits is determinant, not the date you submit your claim. If you have a zero balance after claiming for the week ending 11/27, you move to Tier 3 and can exhaust all 13 weeks on that tier.

hi its me again aviegayle 08
i went to my re-employment appointment on June 27,2012.I was told that i need to refile my new claim now that my BYE was expired...thank you for thebunny's advice you are right new claim and re-employment is separate procedure. Now i am just waiting to receive any form from my continue claim from my 2nd tier because i am pretty sure i am not eligible for new claim due to i did not work for the whole year last year until present, but still they advice me to refile same procedure when i started to file my claim so they will check if i'm qualified or not...my concern only is how long it will take the processing of this case, and if there will be long gap from my last check (received June 28,2012)from June10-23, 2012 which is the date of my BYE.Anyone can relate to this case...pls help me,i need some answer....thank you!!!!
