Hi everyone,

This is the message I received when I called my claim in this morning. I'm on Tier 2 and I have a claim remaining balance of $4,344 so I dont know what the problem is. I'm in NJ and I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. What should I do? Thank you.

Gary

Perhaps because this is my one -year anniversary of my claim, I will need to reinstate my claim. Its the only thing I can think of.

Default Speak to an Agent ASAP

You are correct. Make the call.
"Not payable at this time" and "you will receive credit" are code for "You've reached your one-year anniversary and if you don't call us, we'll hold your money until you do."

I'm in NJ and I don't remember the number here since my anniversary was back in 1/2009! Your state's unemployment web site should have it.

I'm on the phone waiting for an agent and probably will be for the rest of my life. Wish me luck.
