Come back if you get denied. You can't prepare for an appeal hearing until after you read all the words in the determination.

"Adverse" can mean denied or it says something you don't like.

I will definitely come back after determination is made but if anyone has an opinion on my question if its not to much trouble to ask a little advise is it that there has never been a situation like this

It takes as long as it takes, but at about 10 days, you need to find out of if a decision was made yet, and if it was, ask for a new copy to be mailed to you.

Are you kidding? Lots of claimants lose jobs, go on UI, get jobs from temp agencies, and then get fired. There's nothing special about your story.

No problem and no i meant me getting fired by assignment but not agency then filing for unemployment i only asked because although i know you basically saying what is done is done im still asking for your opinion and you answered everything but that so i just figured it may have been a reason to this and i ask for your opinion because ive read a lot of your responses to people situations and majority of them turn out exactly as you say so thats why i asked your professional opinion and thats why i made that comment

It doesn't change anything. The client doesn't want you, and the temp agency doesn't send you immediately to another assignment. That is exactly the same as being fired by the agency. It doesn't matter that the temp agency says you're not fired. You still don't have a job to go to anymore, and that is exactly what being fired is for purposes of UI.
