6 business days i also called they stated my claim is still under jurisdiction whatever that means and to continue to certify

Its been 6 business days and no determination jas been made on my claim yet when i called they stated its still under jurisdiction what does that mean and because its taking so long to make a determination does that mean i can be leaning towards a denial because if i was gone be approved wouldnt i have gotten something by now why do you think its taking so long

It's "adjudication," and your employer has as long as the UI people are willing to give them, and that can be over 3 weeks.
