I want to mail my EB form (I'm in PA) for the week ending 3/26/2011 on 3/27/2011, but have yet to receive my group of four forms.

I contacted the UC Office and the woman I spoke with said the forms were mailed out on Friday, 3/18/2011. Today is 3/23/2011 (Wed), but still no forms.

Does anyone know what's the latest date you can mail in your EB Form in PA and still get paid for it?

Thank you so much leftygl for your reply. I did receive my EB forms today. I'm only two hours away from the UC in PA, but it took five days to get here. It really is snail mail.
