Unemployment Benefits - Paid Training (receive, state)

My state (IL) offers paid-for computer/technology training. If I take the training, will I continue to receive benefits during the training? Also, would the cost of the training be taken out of my benefits? And lastly, would they expect me to accept any job offered to me when the training is over?

If anyone can shed some light, it will be greatly appreciated.
