I am collecting NJ Unemployment with a benefit amount of $575 or whatever the max is.

Would I still receive partial unemployment if I take a full time job making $350-400 pretaxes a week or does working 40 hours automatically take me out of the program?

Thank You,

Jason

Most states consider 32 hours full-time, in which case there is no partial benefit.

No. I just went through this. Anything over 32 hours is considered full time work. Regardless of the dollar amount you won't collect anything for over 32 hours of work.
