I am collecting EUC in PA, and was given an additional shift from my part time job. So now I will be working 12 hours a week and making more than my partial benefit limit (pbl). My understanding is that my benefit will be reduced dollar for dollar by my gross wages minus the pbl.

My question is - will that affect the timeliness of UC payments? I would think that a computer would be able to do the calculation resulting in no delay but wondered if anyone had any experience with this situation.

If you go two weeks without a payment on your claim due to earning more than your WBA, PA will close your claim. So, asking if the computer will continue to pay is dependent on the earnings you report. To answer the specific question, yes the computer will automatically calculate and pay the remaining benefit due you based on the earnings you report.
