I am moving into Tier IV. I read that Illinois' EB is projected to end 5/12 instead of 6/9. Does this move Illinois Tier IV into 16 weeks instead of 6? IDES has not put out rules for the 2012 legislation and when I called they couldn't answer my question.

You might want to suspend your claims until after IL triggers off if you can be certain it'll make any difference. Better to skip some weeks now to be assured of getting an extra 10 weeks later if you can afford the wait.

Thanks. I will see if that's feasible. My concern is if the new projection is wrong.
