What is your claim history? Date of claim, tier you were receiving, etc.
The second week was xx'd out because you've either reached the end of your state benefits with $1 remaining, or the end of an EUC Tier with $1 remaining - not because you've worked. Send the claim form back. Not sure if CA will pay if there is only $1 remaining. Some states limit payments to $5. You should roday or tomorrow receive more claim forms from CA for the next tier. CA will transition you automatically.
If you've reached your benefit year end, you can either file a new claim online or wait for CA to do it. Or, call EDD. Calling EDD would be the fastest way to get your bye handled. Filing online might conflict with what CA is already doing.

I am hoping that everything will work out ok
