I have received approved financial determination for EUC, but can't file bi-weekly claim, why? (UI, state)

I have received my financial detremination, and I was approved for EUC benefits. The beginning of the letter states the following...

We are pleased to inform you that you are financially eligible for EUC.

Filing instruction say to follow the link provided to file my bi-weekly claim, but when I do this it tells me my claim is inactive, yet when I check the status of my claim it say this...

EUC Status: Your initial claim has been processed, Please file your bi-weekly claims as instructed.

HELP!!! I need to pay some bills soon or I am gonna have BIG problems!!!

You've been financially aproved, not necessarily aproved otherwise. You need to call them or stop in (depending on what state you're in), and find out why the delay

Sunday can also cause issues as that is when a number of UI systems do their weekly maintenance. You may have better luck tomorrow. Also, you should be able to call them tomorrow if there are still issues.

Thank you everyonenfor your help in this matter. I was finally able to get in touch with someone there after several attempts and 55 minutes on hold, they were able to resolve the problem for me.
