I received a letter stating my disqualification for voluntarily quitting my job was reversed. The reason my decision was reverse was due to being mislead by my job. During the appeal process I recently found a job. I still made claims during the times of my appeal when I was no employed. Even though I have a job now, will I still be reimbursed for the time I wasnt employed?

Yes. You are entitled to benefits for each week you claimed while unemployed.

Ok thanks. Any idea of how long it takes for the lump sum to come in? I received my letter on the 18th of July.

That depends on the state. CA can drag it out for months depending on the amount. No clue on TX. We don't hear from too many TX appeal claimants, as TX is generally very claimant UNfriendly. Your best bet is to call them.

Normally the appeals decision winds its way down to the data processing area, where your payments are made. In some states, faxing in the appeals decision speeds up the process.

You need to call TX.
