If you go back and read the posts in this thread, it should explain this letter in more detail but it short this is just a routine check at the end of 12 months of you receiving benifets. If you have remaining weeks of benifets, simply continue as normal. You don't need to respond to this message.

I now just received a notice of unemployment insurance award regarding the beginning of my renewal for this year it shows max benefits of 4449.00 and total wages 8897.28 and high quarter earnings 5814.17 but line 9 states in bold to qualify for this claim you must meet further eligibilty requirements which explains on back page section1277 again i received that letter stating my last year claim. So am i not qualify for this reward. Plus it shows employee wages for the quarter ending sept 5814.17 dec 3083.11 will i atleast have funds until december 2013?
