What is actual $$ monetary determination when you first filed?
Your weekly benefit and number of weeks paid by the State of Florida?

FL at present is paying Tiers 1, 2, and 3. However, those tiers are prorated percentagewise on the basis of your original monetary determination - and it is very probable you've exhausted both state and federal benefits in the State of Florida. Because FL's maximum weeks paid is much lower than most other states, the federal benefits available to claimants is also significantly reduced.

For example:

FL state benefits - 21 weeks (probably maximum allowed at the time you filed)
Tier 1 is 54% of that, or 11 weeks
Tier 2 is 54% of that, or 11 weeks
Tier 3 is 35% of that, or 07 weeks

for a maximum of 50 weeks. States like CA, NJ, NV are still paying 73 weeks, including a 26-week state benefit.

It appears you have exhausted all your state and federal benefits available under that claim in the State of Florida.
