Unemployment Letter. Please help explain! (receive, claim, company, maximum)

Hello all. I finally received a letter from the unemployment office with the decision on my claim. (my company was fighting it)

Here is the exact wording on my letter.

Legal result of case:
Claimant: Your benefit rights are suspended effective week ending 02/09/13 until you have earned your weekly benefit amount in each of eight weeks.

A 25% redution may be applied to your maximum benefit amount
