UPDATE: Checked the UI website, here's new info..

Your claim for the week ending on Jul 6, 2013 was processed on Jul 7, 2013 . No payment was made because you were disqualified for this period. A written determination has been or will be issued.

I suspect it's due to the Yes and No the doctor put on the form. I'm going to wait for the full letter, I think that this is just a temporary denial and the benefits will be paid eventually.

If not, then I will have to appeal. This makes 7 weeks and at my rate of UI, that's a chunk of money I could use.
