My second ter ended on 6/2/13 for edd. Which only left me with one weeks pay. However I did not file until til 6/9/13 Sunday. Which was a week later than I should have. I could've filed on 6/2/13 but didn't realize that I only had one week of pay and that a tier. was ending. My question is will edd automatically start my next tier? Will I be able to file for the weeks of 6/2-6/8 and 6/9-6/15 on the 16th or will I be delayed a week since I filed a week late on this last claim form? Any insight would be appreciated.
