If CA has told you - by marking x in the box - that you need to list your actual work searches when you claim - which they do for certain EUC (extension) claimants, then you cannot file on Webcert. You need to submit a paper claim form.
If you are NOT required to give them this information when you claim, then, as Chyvan says, keep a log, and use Webcert.
CA is having terrible problems processing continued claims these days due to a computer upgrade. So, if you must file using the forms, you need to call them and request they send you the forms. Many people are not receiving new claim forms. You are NOT alone.
