Please help. I am not receiving claim forms from the EDD or at least a continuation benefits letter after receiving a "notice of determination", the determination was concerning eligibility for 2 weeks in July from being late in my submission. The EDD interviewer said I would be able to continue submitting claims after the determination letter for dates after July. It has been over a month and no claims forms or instructions for how to continue my benefits. I have called them, but unable to get anyone on the phone. I have also email several times, but no responses or confirmations.

What do I need to do to continue my benefits? Should I have received a continuation letter?
Should I reapply?
What about the benefits since July that I have not been able to claim, will I be able to get unemployment for those claims?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My bills are piling up and I getting really worried.

Thank you very much for any help.

California is in a computer black hole, these days.

You need to call them. It seems 855-222-9028 works pretty well - even later in the day. But try calling first thing in the morning.

Other suggestions on last few pages of these threads.

esalen726,
Were you able to get through EDD and received rest of the claim forms? I too have not received claim forms since August. And I have not been successful in contacting them either.
