I recently reopened my CA UI claim & it shows me that my claim expires 11-09-13 but It still shows me that I have a balance of $2000, will I continue to receive my weekly benefits till they run out or will I stop receiving them on 11-09-13?

You will stop receiving State of California benefits on your 2012 claim when you file for week ending November 9. Any unused benefit is no longer available to you after 11/9.

If you've been working during the past benefit year, you can file a new claim on 11/10/2013. You will receive another new State of California claim, provided you've earned at least $900 in the past year and will be able to receive benefits from this new claim. The monetary determination and weekly benefit amount may be different.
