Now what happens? since unemployment has been cut off, what in the actual **** happens to me? I have been claiming weekly online since November 3rd, waiting for this stupid appointment on January 2nd. Let me guess: SOL. At least if it were retro-active it wouldn't be a big deal. I was able to claim online today, just to add.

Doesn't affect you if you have a new STATE claim.

State benefits continue.

Federal extension benefits end.

If you are still awaiting an interview, you have just begun STATE benefits.

Don't worry about it.
