Hi all, is MA UI TeleCert/WebCert down today?

I've been having trouble with both and was wondering if anyone else has
been having issues today as well. Thx.

Yup same here. I was able to log in online around 10 but it was sluggish and kept kicking me out.

I tried this morning around 11am, again around 2pm, and i'm trying right now... It's so slow that I am too paranoid to hope I can click through all the steps without being timed out, i think it makes more sense to just wait until tomorrow or the next day.
Did either of you guys call to do your claim? (I never call, there's no receipt!)

that was my experience last week so I landed up telecerting and it worked fine. Today I applied at 7:15am while people were probably still asleep and got it done quickly. My friend has not been able to get through all day either avenue so must be software/traffic issues.

It took me around a half hour but I got through everything (sloooowly) on my PC.

I then received the following message:

"Your request for benefits for the week of Sunday, 1/1/0001 through Saturday, 1/7/0001 has been received on: January 01, 0001 00:00 AM."

I have no idea what THAT is all about. I have a feeling I may need to make a call to the DUA yet again this week.

edit: fifteen minutes later and I got into my payment history. ALL my claim info is gone save one regular UI that has the same start date as my tier 3 EUC. Weird.

I got a weird message like that when I claimed my last week of regular benefits (2 weeks ago). I ended up getting the money by Tuesday. I'm assuming/hoping it will be OK for you!

The 00:00AM time stamp I got last week when i filed my first week of Extended Benefits. (the dates were Ok, it was the odd time stamp)

Isn't it lovely? I just started claiming my extended UI as the big stop comes into play. **sigh**

Mass DUA has updated their website (main page, where you click on "Long In to Your Account") with the following message in red.
"We are experiencing intermittent technical problems with UI Online and TeleCert. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience"

As annoying as this is, I am glad that Mass DUA is aware of and acknowledges the problem!
