I know this question's been asked before, but the threads are old.

I'm on unemployment. I worked two days this week, but haven't been paid yet. Do I report the hours, and wages as earned this week or wait until I actually get paid?

Thanks in advance.

She must report gross earnings (before deductions) on her claim form the week she works the hours.

NJ discusses partial benefit payments, here:

Department of Labor and Workforce Development | Requirements for Payment <br> Report Part-Time Earnings
Doesn't matter which state you are in - GROSS earnings are reported for the week you actually work the hours.

Thank you from Texas. The office manager at this particular business was a real piece of work. I say good luck to the owners keeping a support staff for more than a few days!

It goes by the week you worked, not when you get your paycheck.
