Greetings!

I apologize in advance if similar situation has been answered somewhere else, but I couldn't find it.

My claim year: mid April '13 - mid April'14

My second extension was approved on 12/22/13 and I received one week worth of benefits from that new fund (12/22/13 - 12/28/13)

That's when the extensions stopped and I stopped receiving new forms in mail.

My questions are:

1.) If extensions are approved before April, do I need to re-file or am I still in system?

(I haven't done anything as they approved the 2nd extension before the end of year.)

2.) If extensions are approved later than mid-April when my claim year expires, do I need to do anything then?

Thank You

  1. You don't need to refile. You are still in the system.
  2. You don't need to refile until you have been paid all EUC due you to the date of your bye. At that time, CA will refile for you.
In other words, you do nothing.
