I was terminated from my role 2/7/14 and filed a claim that day. I was let go for poor performance and was told by my employer that I could collect. I had my fact finding interview on 3/19/14 and told him it was a sales based job and my numbers weren't meeting the necessary quota each month. I was told to say this by former colleagues who were also let go from the company for poor performance (it happened too frequently). They all had no trouble collecting. It is now 4/7 and the status on my account still says pending. It has been over 10 business days that they allow before making a decision. When I call no one has an answer for me. They tell me they keep sending the claims examiner's supervisor e-mails to get an answer, but nothing yet. They claim he may be "sick". They told me there are also no notes in the system for my claim so I am wondering if he's even done anything with it yet?? Is anyone else having similar problems or can shed some light on this for me? The bills are really starting to add up now! Any help is appreciated.

How do I go about doing that? Just explain my situation? Do i contact the rep of the city I live in currently or the city where I was working before being terminated?
