I had my phone interview last Tuesday. The rep asked me why my temp job ended and I told her from my knowledge attendence. she asked if I had any warning and I told her yes but I explained to her that all the days I missed were due to medical reason and I was diagnosed with a medical condition. I told her the day of me being let go I do not know why I was let go. I requested to have the day off early and was approved but later that day I got a call from my staffing agent saying my job assignment ended.

She said it doesnt sound like misconduct and she doesnt see an issue of me getting approved. But I am on edge. It jas been 7 days and everytime I sign into webcert I it still shows my past 2 claim forms as submitted. And when I try to call the rep says it is still processing. I am stressing out.

If I havent received a denial letter yet is this a good thing? Or do they send one after the 10 days?

Any advice. thanks in advance

Next time you apply for UI, just go with this. There is no way they will believe your medical excuse on just your say so. If you weren't asked for doctor paperwork to substantiate your medical problems, then you should be expecting a denial in the mail or a request to provide it, so I hope you have it handy. You'll either need to submit it to EDD or you'll need it for your appeal hearing.
