The reason is always the same: "The determination dated mm/dd/yy I wrong. I want an appeal hearing scheduled." You save your words and evidence for the hearing.

i filed an appeal as i had a 300.00 weekly amount i returned to partime work at 160.00 a week and only reported 100.00.

i figure i do owe over payment of the difference between 160 and 100 the overpayment determination they gave me was for 7000.00 which says i was overpayed the entire 300.00 weekly amount for 22 weeks...alot of trouble for a 60 wk oversite...we will see...44 penalty weeks as well
