My hours were cut back on December 23 week and I was told I would be back to work in 2 days then by end of week this took place every week now I still haven't and filed on January 30 I am told that I am out all that time and have to wait yet another week is this right if so how unfair I don't know anything about unimployment I have never filed for this!

You can try to appeal. However, you have to know, any time that you earn less than you'd get on UI, then you apply. Never believe an employer that says, "next week things will be better."

Depending on how much your hours were cut, you might still not get anything.
