Long story short only got paid 1 week of my claim instead of the 2 that I should have (weeks ending 12/29/12 & 1/5/13). Regular claim, not extended. Called last Friday to check on this and the lady I spoke with had said the reason was because they got it mixed up and thought the week ending 12/29 was my waiting period when in reality it was the week ending 11/24/12. She said it should have been 24-48 hours to see the other week deposited into my account but it has yet to be. Any chance the week I'm missing will actually be deposited or should I call back?

Also, received two of those blank letters in the mail with the printing at the top that notify of when you've made to much in a week to qualify for benefits. Used to getting these but the two I got are for weeks ending 12/1/12 & 12/8/12 when I have received one last week for the week ending 12/29/12. What is with this? I also received ones for 12/1 & 12/8 a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks for any info that can be offered.

Sounds like when your waiting week was reprogrammed, CA is now starting your claim all over again - erroneously - by sending you forms for 12/1 and 12/8.

Better call CA. I don't think this will right itself.

Was hoping not to go thru that damn phone system but guess I'll have to. Anyone got tips on best way to get thru besides the standard 800 number?

Default @bacon

I too was only paid for 1 week, but was sent a claim form for 2 weeks. I certifyed through the automated system (on 1/13/13 and paid 1/15/13) so, I was thinking I must of answered a question incorrectly. :/ I've called unemployment for 3 days now and no luck getting through!. I've called the automated system to see when it tells me to call back to certify and it tells me to call on 1/20/13 ( which is 1 week from the last time I certified). So now I'm thinking they made a mistake since they are asking me to call back a week later :/. Please let me know what they say if you get through again. Thank you , hope you get the rest of you unemplyment check.
