Today my wifes job called to offer her job back she was furloughed. I read that if they do not offer at least 80 percent of the wages you were making before going on unemployment you can refuse and stay on unemployment.
Can anyone tell me if this 80 percent number is correct for illinois?
My wife does not want to go back to work and get half the hours she did before pandemic. NO matter what she will be making less than what she is on unemployment. I just want to make sure I can use this 80 percent rule to make sure she gets the same amount of hours....
