Active claim from May 2020 to May 2021

26 weeks ends on 11/29/20

Do I get the 13 weeks PEUC added on after 26 weeks?

Does the PEUC only go until 12/31/20?

Would that mean if everything goes well, I get only 4 weeks of PEUC? (11/29/20 - 12/31/20)

This active claim is a second claim with no new work from the first claim.
No 10x was earned.
Been unemployed since the first claim, filed a new second claim and got through.

Hopefully the Heroes Act will extend the 12/31 deadline for people who will get their PEUC cut short.

Thanks, I only see 26 weeks in my account.

I guess I have to wait until I use all 26 weeks to see the update money amount for the PEUC?

When your 26 weeks are exhausted, the system should update ONLY the maximum payable amount by 50%. The effective remaining days would remain at 0.

Also, unfortunately, your PEUC will be cut short, unless Congress passes a bill saying otherwise
