In NY
If I only worked 2 days and made less than 504 I know I can still claim for the week.
However the last question I think it asks have you returned to work which normally I would answer no when I hadnt been back to work yet and it always says on the next page before submitting weekly claim "I have not returned to work full time"

This week I would claim 2 days worked which means to days not worked and when I answer the last question have you returned to work I technically put yes right.
Anyone else claim part time in NY?
What does the next page normally day when you have claimed part time.

Does the question ASK,

Did you return to work
or
Did you return to full-time work?

The question asks have you returned to work?
Then it goes to another page after clicking continue and it just has a review your answers to all questions asked and that question says "have not returned to work full-time"
Im curious if it only said that because i was claiming as not working at all. This week it will be 2 days worked so I can still claim 2 days of unemployment.
