Hello,

I did the MARVIN on line reporting today (receiving my last 1 week EUI payment payment tomorrow).

I still have not received notification of my EB benefits via mail (it has been 10 days since I completed the on line form). If I don't receive notification in the mail before Tuesday, I will call the unemployment office.

Paul

Don't know which state you are in, but if you are in those few states that have E.B. benefits, then you should get it. The deadline was Dec,2008. Those people whose benefits exhaust after Dec, should be eligible. (Those who exhaust before, MAY be eligible, depending on whether your state's reps decided to include those people.)
Of course, this all depends on whether you are otherwise eligible.

good luck!

Hello,

I installed the fuel pump.

Well, I suppose it is unfortunate. However, it could always be worse...... Now there is the "Swine Flu" PANDEMIC to worry about. We may just get a glimpse at just how bad this is, tomorrow when the numbers are released showing how many people call in to work because they are showing symptoms.

New to this blog, but it seems that there are a lot of people with much more info than I can get.
First off I could not do my regular claim on line today and had to call in for claiming benefits.
The original date of my claim was April 23, 2008. in NJ
I've only been in Tier 2 for 5 weeks and today I was notified on the phone (by recording) that after 52 weeks I was no longer eligible for anymore benefits, even though last week my check stub had a remaining benefits balance of $5,000.00, and I was eligible for EB benifits after tier 2 . I guess my question is to anyone that can help or has experienced this is "Am I dead in the water or is there hope for me". Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
