In certain states, employers can challenge claims long after they are filed and payments begun. You might have an employer who is doing this. Or, the employer might think this is a whole new claim.
You had better call your unemployment office and ask where you stand since you are only requesting a continuation of EUC benefits and are not filing a new claim against this old employer.
