i was in the middle of my second extension when my benefit year ended and i had to file a new claim. i didnt work at all during my first benefit year, but somehow it looks like they gave me about 13 weeks on a new year instead of denying me and putting me back on my old extensions. so question is, ill never get that old extension money will i? like when this new 13 wks runs out, they wont let me have what was left of my old extension will they?

Are they giving you 13 weeks of State benefits on a new claim without having worked since your last claim? I would call and appeal that decision right away. I have yet to hear of this happening and it not be a mistake. Did you have any special circumstances (like receiving back pay or vacation pay or any monies) after your claim was opened? Please post an update on your findings.
