Here's a scenario I haven't seen addressed:
You're receiving unemployment & actively job hunting. Say you actually are offered a job & then say one or two weeks into the job (in Florida), you realize it's not working out and you want to quit. Are you required to notify FL unemployment that you've taken a job? Do you wait it out those couple of weeks to see if you're compatible with the new position before terminating your unemployment? I'm new at this & have no understanding of what happens in this type of situation....Would working a few weeks disqualify your unemployment at the rate you were receiving from your last position or does taking a new job change everything regardless?
