I currently get the maximum in Missouri benefits per week, and I've been out of work for the past 6 months.

There's a possible internship opportunity that opened up recently. This only lasts 3-4 months, I'd work 30hrs/week where I'd make I'm guessing anywhere from 450-500.

I really, really, really doubt they plan on hiring the intern full time. I'm worried that if I take this job, I'll be back to square 1 again, out of a job, except this time my UE benefits will be affected and I won't be eligible or I'll make significantly less

Well all of what you said can happen if UI keeps getting extended but I wouldn't count on that anymore the way congress is working. I think they will do it one more time this year and who knows after that. And yes working that amount of time if its a W2 job may qualify you for a new claim NEXT YEAR that is much less but it wouldn't change how much you are getting on this claim year although you wouldn't have much left of that year after 4 months.
