Scare us! Give me your BEST ghost story. (lights, strange)

Please know that I’m not a mystical, ghost hunting, luck and curse driven, superstitious guy. Neither do I ever drink or do drugs. So then:
My wife and I were driving back at probably 1030pm from a friend’s house out in the country. We were just chilling, talking about random stuff, nothing scary at all. Just as we were approaching Hot Lake Hotel (look it up, there's sure to be ghost stories about that old motel turned hospital turned sanitarium turned vacant huge scary place; I’ve heard lots..but this one happened to me personally)...anyway, just as we were about to pass by it, I saw, about 4 feet away and right in front of my car, an image of a small (prob 4-5 yr old) boy. He was facing toward Hot Lake, almost cowering and looking toward us. It appeared so fast that it was gone before I fully realized what I saw. Obviously had no time to react whatsoever. I actually asked my wife if she had seen it, but she said "no." Like I said earlier, I don't get too freaked out about stuff, but it was hard to forget. The worst part was this: when I went to work about a week later, I overheard a story about how a young boy was hit and killed right in the place where I saw him. I can still remember way too clearly, his ghost, still trying to make it back across the road safely.
I'm working graveyard right now with just 2 of us in a large compound. Bad timing to relay this story.
Here, here, and here are some things I just dug up bout Hot Lake. One includes someone who claims to have lived there...until they ran away in the middle of the night cus they couldn't take it anymore. Yikes.
I double-dog-dare you to read them. They honestly kinda just freaked me out.
After you're done peeing your pants and crying, rise from your fetal position and post crazy/unexplainable/scary stuff that has happened to you personally (preferably) or something you know that happened to someone else.
Hey, I almost forget. Sometime after that, I drove by there again at night and noticed a wheel-chair in the water. I've played a few scary video games and wheel chairs alway mean baaaad stuff, so it kinda almost freaked me out when I drove back by there....and it was gone. No joke. And there seemed to be a dim light on in the top floor on the left.
I really dont like things appearing and dissapearing.
A friend of mine used to work there. I went through every room and even had the nerve to stick my head up into the attic. NO, I did not go up there; too may bones and skeletons of small animals laying around. Anyway, there were about 4 of us looking around when I chose to split off from the group. I opened some double doors that led to another long hall way and felt, how can I describe this? Just BAD. Simply uneasy, negative, like something really wrong and dreadfull just happend.
I found out later that that was where all the insane people's rooms were.
At the end of that hall was a room, mostly still covered in pale green tile. It had a drain in the middle of the floor and gurney or table or something, too. You guessed it, the place where several of the insane people actually had lobotomies performed.
They say several of them went for walks behind Hot Lake on the hills and never made it back. Their spirts probably still wander around those hills...

I was just there this weekend. I thought it was wonderful until I reached the third floor.I felt anxious and had goosebumps. There is definitely an energy there....I wouldn't want to stay the night.

It was rumored that when the steam from the ponds is blowing across the highway at night, you could see the image of a young boy standing in the road, in your headlights. Car accidents have been blamed on people swerving to "miss" the little boy. This is supposedly the son of one of the early doctors."
