No. Not new ones.

Most such laws go back more than a century when water rights were a primary reason people bought or homesteaded land in the West.

I was really bummed coming out of the sixties, so at college I signed up for an economics course to match my mental state. The teacher was young and passionate.

The first week, she explained that if the Government could find a way to tax air, they would.

My depression got worse, so I dropped out of her class.

She begged me to stay.

I think in hindsight that she wanted to teach the students about the evils of Government.

The left wants to tax the air.

Must be the left that wants to tax or otherwise restrict rainwater.

If they can't tax it, I guess they want to adulterate it.

Bummer, man.

[mod cut- personal] You probably still don't believe that the US injected Puerto Ricans with cancer, STD's and performed forced surgical procedure that caused sterility on PR women.

Of course not! America is a wonderful Christian nation that would not do such horrendous things. Right? You probably don't care! After all - it wasn't your mom, right?

So they could do such atrocities but you tend to think that chem trails are "bs".

You must be "well educated".

[quote=workingclasshero;17107685]and what do you think 'vapor' is...its clouds

do the clouds just disappeear, after hours???

if the sky (atmosphere) is in the condition to make (allow) vapor to form (this morning there was 'vapor' on the ground...ie FOG) what make you think it is going to just 'disappear'..???/....... whyn the sun heats water and it becomes vapor. you dont see it until it gets to a certain height...

Were you drunk when you wrote this? LOL!

depending on conditions at altitude, condensation trails can last for hours, or minutes. wind, temperature, moisture content, etc all have an effect on how long condensation trails and clouds last in the upper atmosphere.
