Lens flares from other light sources.

I'm simply amazed at what gets a bee under the bonnet of people that believe in the unsupported, unsubstantiated, fantasies be it gods, devils, demons, ET aliens, spirits, or orbs.

Dust. I pick up dust when a flash is used. Old places have more dust than does new clean places. Photos taken in the dark with a flash produces light back from dust particles that are close to the camera. Amazing how people will try to use anything to show that there is something after this. Enjoy the life you have and quit trying to figure out how to enjoy something that is most likely a fantasy.

People are so resistant to what they do not understand.
Orbs are not dust. they are not lens flairs. They are not normal.
I have taken pictures in rapid succession and in the same place and in the same conditions.
In some there have been orbs and in others not.
I have taken photographs in a place in Eastern Europe where people were lined up and shot.
There was no dust there.
But there were orbs. (no I did not know that about the place when I took the picture - someone told me later, so I was not looking for orbs)
Orbs have also appeared in photographs of people who passed soon after the picture was taken.
I do not pretend to totally understand why they appear but I do know that they are not the product of a dirty lens. Nor are they dust. Do not trivialize what you do not understand.

I realize you think and believe that "orbs" represent spirits, ghosts, or some form of supernatural entity and no amount of evidence to the contrary will convince you. So be it, you are welcome to believe in anything you want, so I'll stop wasting time with folks that prefer the fantasy of "orbs" as supernatural, as opposed to reality.

Maybe that is why all the old artwork shows Halos on angels. Perhaps they were orbs.

As silly as the belief in orbs sounds to you, so does your grasping at straws, to try to find a "rational explaination"

The lens flare is particularly amusing!
I'm not using flash cubes.
