Haha - No MIB yet, not sure if their influence has crossed the seas to this place yet, but maybe it has. I certainly think we here will be under the same kind of influence and have the same issues as the USA and UK is going to have.
Essentially, we have to find out if people across the world will allow it to happen or not. It is up to us all to decide now but we cannot look back and feel regret if we do.

Although it is important information, something in me decided not to draw too much attention to it, so I went with my gut feeling.

How is this global passport any different than the passport/visa needed now. I have heard all these conspiracy theories for 30 years and not a single one has been true.

There's no global body that can administer such a thing, and no global buyin. I think it's more likely you'd see regional passports, like European Union, North America, etc. At least for now. I can't see Iran, North Korea, the United States, Venezuela, Israel, and so on all agreeing to honor a Global Passport.
They honour our normal passports dont they? So why not a Global Passport(GP) which reflects what health issues you have and whether you have had this vaccination or that vaccination. I get what you are saying and for example due to fake certificates, the Chinese government has recently said that it will only allow people into China if they have a document from a particular approved testing station in the country of origin.
It would be easy to get a stamp from an approved testing station on the GP and so it would be like another visa condition.
If your agenda is ultimately to control the human population, as it looks like things are going that way, then a GP is one convenient way to achieve this. I have already indicated the kinds of banks and public places where the authorities could include/exclude people from entering and by just imagining an extension of that will include/exclude people from foreign travel too.
It may seem paranoid at this stage (and thats the message being put out in the media) but if you look at the restrictions imposed over the last 10-20 years since Sept 2001, you will see control is being increased and no-one seems to take any notice or push back against it.
