I have déjà vu just about everyday constantly. Sometimes I realize I'm having Deja vu about a time I had déjà vu. It's so weird. Long ago I would only have déjà vu like once every couple of months . Idk why I do now.. Anyone?

Increased episodes of deja vu have been linked to various pharmaceuticals. Any medications that coincide with the time frame of this deja vu?

The first one was a flaw in the Matrix. The second one was Tank fixing the Matrix.

I have been having this lately, increased deja vu (not deja vu within deja vu) I'm thinking it just means I'm in some kind of a rut. Any theories on another possible explanation?

Theory-
Deja vu might have it's foundation in a prophetic dream that is not remembered upon waking, so when it happens it feels so familiar.

Deja vu might (and also) be connected to a past-life (if one subscribes to that concept). We have patterns that we repeat in our current life which may be tied to the lessons we did not learn in our last lifetime. So when a déjà vu happens, we are tapping into the past-life memories and events that mirror those of this lifetime.

I’ve had several Déjà vu moments and I’m positive that they are not related to a dream. The occurrences might last from five to fifteen minutes and make me feel very uneasy with the moment. I think when that happens it causes the Déjà vu to end quickly and not last for an hour or day. I get a little frightened at times so this forces the experience to stop.
