"In order to get to the roof top, where the tanks are, you need to go through locked, ALARMED doors, that only employees have access to. Second, in order to get the body out, police had to CUT the top of the tank and get her out. Question is, how on earth did they even PUT her in the tank if they needed to cut to take her out?"
Your flesh at that point will start to tear off or the body can even burst from the gasses trapped inside.
"Degloving of the skin of the palms and soles typically occurs during decomposition, as well as in cases involving thermal exposure (ie, fires) and immersions (see the following example)."
"The pathologist should proceed with some degree of care during the autopsy of a decomposing individual, because tissues become more delicate as the PMI progresses."
Her body was found at the bottom of the bank. Wouldn't her body float if it were bloated from gasses?
I am assuming by the timeline that she already burst, or there was not enough time for gasses to build up to make the body float or its a refloat situation where the body sinks then floats releases gasses and repeats the cycle (sink, build up, float, release)
They are staying very hush hush on this. I have to guess that means they are on to someone.
Does anyone know if they collected any prints from any of the ladders, doors or tops of the towers?
Key count? Is the key printed "do not duplicate"?
I think if someone was fit enough they could easily get her up that ladder. It made me think of one of the Alien movies (resurrection) where the one guy strapped the paralyzed guy on his back and went up a ladder like that. I can remember being younger and climing trees. My little brother would hang on and I could pull him up. He was about half my weight. While a dead body can not hand on you could always bind it to you with the clothing or belts and make it up very easily that way. Would explain the missing clothing if they never found that. I would think some one who killed before or plotted this out would think to destroy it. Maybe they are keeping it for trophy reasons?
Did they say if the body appeared cleaned and then dumped in the tank? (chemical residue in skin?)
Did a tox screen come back yet?
I hate how this story just disappeared.
