No. I don't believe that's Atlantis. This is part of the Egyption empire. Atlantis was not. Also, Atlantis had 2-story dwellings which were unheard of elsewhere. (Otherwise, Plato would not have made note of that.)

But there is another town that was recently uncovered, and the town was full of 2-story dwellings. Much more information is needed to nail it down.

This is it about the 5,000th time that Atlantis has been discovered. I thought there was only one Atlantis.

You guys should actually read the article, they aren't saying it's the [actual] Atlantis, just an Atlantis-type, under water city.

Its amazing though!!!!!

I have the movie JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH (1959) and its georgeous!!!!!

It would be very interesting if that really existed there!!!!!!! (Those tunnels and all leading down to that underworld!!!!!!)

Plato never visited Atlantis.
