Several times this Summer we have all gone to bed and either while sleeping have heard a loud large sound that emanates from the INSIDE of the house. As though there has been an explosion. But there was no explosion.
Fist time it happened no one said anything until breakfast. The conversation began "Uhh did anyone hear that last night?" We all did.
It happened again. And again. All Summer long. A tree did not hit the house. And no one set off an M-80.
It happens between one and 5 AM.
Any ideas? Any experiences?
Oh and birds have flown into windows. They did not kill themselves but it was strange.

Military base (I know they used to fly some stealth aircraft at night)?
Poltergeist activity?
Have you asked any neighbors if they have heard anything similar?

When u pray tell God exactly how you're feeling. Ask Him to take control of your negative feelings, and to free u of them. Turn your will and your life over to God, and you'll be amazed what happens.
I have maybe a 3 litre bottle (sorta this plastic) I use to fill another container with water. Sometimes, an hour or so after using it, it will make a noise sounding like an explosion. First time it happened I was really scared, then, couple months later, I was in the room. Fortunately, no more concern.
I don't know what the banging noises are, but it's not at all uncommon for birds to fly into windows. You can buy decals of hawks to try to deter them, or find pages online that will give you other DIY ways to try to prevent it.
