Greg Leeson has a beautiful house for sale in the borough of Dunmore, Pennsylvania. For $144,000 you can have a 112-year-old Victorian home, complete with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It features bay windows, a study with stainglass windows, a moving bookcase, a large attic, and a wet bar, amongst other things. There’s only one small catch: it’s haunted.
I "predict" that haunted house sales will begin to go through the roof (pun unintended). I think the tables are turning and that people will use this as a marketing ploy, but then they'll have to somehow prove it's true and give the back story, etc.
I would most absolutely love to live in a haunted house.

You're probably right, I think there's a market for haunted houses, of course, not everyone wants house guests.
My amatuer photo reading skills tell me its haunted, mainly upstairs.
Nope. Too cold for my bones up there, and I actually really think the house is ugly. Not my style.
But really, please explain your amateur photo reading skills, and why you think it's not just marketing hype. I'm genuinely curious why you'd post that, and not explain.
